Last summertime, DonnaLee Norrington got a dream about buying a house. Perhaps not the figurative sort, but a literal fancy, as she slept during the local rental studio suite in Southern la that she is revealing with a buddy.

Around 2 a.m., Norrington recalls, “Jesus said to me, ‘why not have a home loan that doesn’t move?’ And in my mind I understood that meant a hard and fast home loan.”
