Grandfather hill is actually an iconic peak 75 miles north of Asheville, N.C. only off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Western North Carolina. The area is acknowledged for their amazing vistas and unparalleled ecological assortment. On an obvious day at Grandfather Mountain (elevation 5,945 feet), you can observe the Charlotte skyline 90 miles aside.

The region is named Grandfather Mountain due to very early pioneers who respected “the face” of an old guy using one of this high cliffs.
